ORGANIZER TERMS

Effective Date: March 1st, 2026

These Organizer Terms apply to individuals or entities (“Organizers”) who list, promote, or sell events on the Paradise Pay platform.

1. Organizer Responsibilities

Organizers agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful event information.

• Comply with all applicable laws, permits, and regulations.

• Deliver the event as advertised.

• Communicate changes, postponements, or cancellations promptly.

2. Ticket Sales and Pricing

• Organizers are responsible for setting ticket prices and refund rules.

• Paradise Pay may deduct agreed service or processing fees.

• Organizers are responsible for applicable taxes and levies.

3. Payments and Settlements

• Payout schedules are subject to Paradise Pay’s settlement timelines.

• Cross-border payouts may be subject to FX and banking rules.

• Paradise Pay may withhold payouts in cases of disputes, fraud, or chargebacks.

4. Refunds and Disputes

Organizers are solely responsible for refund decisions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Paradise Pay may facilitate refunds but does not assume financial liability for organizer obligations.

5. Compliance and Prohibited Events

Organizers must not list events that:

• Are unlawful or misleading.

• Infringe intellectual property rights.

• Promote fraud, violence, or prohibited activities.

*Paradise Pay reserves the right to remove events at its discretion.*

6. Limitation of Liability

Paradise Pay is not liable for losses arising from event execution, attendance, or organizer conduct.

7. Termination

Paradise Pay may suspend or terminate organizer access for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

8. Governing Law

These Organizer Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
