Welcome to Paradise Pay. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Paradise Pay website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Wildcard Technologies Limited ("Paradise Pay," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. About Paradise Pay

Paradise Pay is an event ticket experience platform that enables users to discover events, purchase tickets, access event-related experiences, and engage with event organizers. Paradise Pay acts as a technology and payment facilitation platform and is not the organizer of events unless explicitly stated.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Platform. By using Paradise Pay, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.

  • Keep your login credentials secure.

  • Be responsible for all activities under your account.

*Paradise Pay reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.*

4. Event Listings and Tickets

4.1 Event Information

Event details (including dates, venues, pricing, and descriptions) are provided by event organizers. Paradise Pay does not guarantee the accuracy of event information and is not responsible for changes, cancellations, or inaccuracies.

4.2 Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases made through Paradise Pay are subject to:

  • Availability.

  • The event organizer’s rules and policies.

  • Applicable laws and regulations.

*Once purchased, tickets may not be refunded or exchanged unless explicitly stated by the event organizer or required by law.*

4.3 Digital Tickets

Tickets may be issued electronically. You are responsible for safeguarding your ticket and ensuring it is not shared, duplicated, or misused.

5. Payments and Fees

Paradise Pay facilitates payments between users and event organizers across Ghana and other African markets.

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

The Platform supports multiple payment methods, including but not limited to:

  • Mobile Money (including MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money, and similar services across Africa).

  • Debit and credit cards.

  • Bank transfers and other approved digital payment channels.

5.2 Fees
  • Ticket prices may include or exclude service, processing, or convenience fees as clearly disclosed at checkout.

  • Currency conversion fees or cross-border transaction charges may apply for international or regional payments.

*Paradise Pay is not responsible for fees imposed by banks, mobile money operators, or third-party payment providers.*

6. Refunds, Cancellations, and Event Changes

Refunds, cancellations, postponements, and event changes are governed primarily by the event organizer’s policies.

  • Paradise Pay facilitates ticketing but does not determine refund eligibility unless explicitly stated.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on the organizer, payment method, and country of transaction.

  • Cross-border refunds may be subject to foreign exchange rules and payment provider limitations.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

  • Resell tickets in violation of applicable laws or event rules.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform’s operation.

  • Upload malicious code, spam, or misleading content.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to Paradise Pay. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent, except as permitted by law.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The Platform may integrate or link to third-party services, including payment processors, mobile money operators, banks, event venues, and logistics providers across Africa.

Paradise Pay does not control or endorse these third parties and is not responsible for their content, service availability, or practices. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their respective terms and policies.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Paradise Pay makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose.

  • Availability of events.

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paradise Pay shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

  • Issues arising from events, organizers, or venues.

*Paradise Pay’s total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid to Paradise Pay for the relevant transaction.*

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paradise Pay, its directors, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform.

  • Your violation of these Terms.

  • Your infringement of any rights of a third party.

13. Termination

Paradise Pay may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or applicable laws. Termination does not affect rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

15. Changes to These Terms

Paradise Pay may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology, partnerships, or regional operations across Africa. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Privacy Policy and Refund Policy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), and other relevant African regulations.

Refunds and cancellations are further governed by our Refund Policy, which outlines organizer responsibilities, user rights, and processing timelines. These policies form part of these Terms and are incorporated by reference.

17. Kulture+ and Card-Linked Benefits

Paradise Pay may offer card-linked benefits, loyalty programs, discounts, or experiential perks through products such as Kulture+ or similar offerings.

  • Benefits are subject to eligibility criteria, availability, and partner terms.

  • Paradise Pay does not guarantee the availability or continuity of any benefit.

  • Misuse, abuse, or fraudulent use of card-linked benefits may result in suspension or termination.
